Join Reliance Community Church in Upland California on December 24, 2011 from 4 pm to 5 pm for our annual Christmas Eve Candlelight service.

This is not going to be just another service! We want to celebrate the birth of Jesus and have a special time of fellowship! We will sing the great Christmas songs interspected with readings from Scripture and a short Christmas message.

Like the angel who heralded glad tidings to the shepherds, we meet during this season to sing the joy of Jesus’ birth. In a very real sense it is also our own birth which we celebrate at Christmas—a spiritual birth of His Presence made new in our lives. Favorite carols, beautiful Christmas music, and lit candles help to tell again the ancient story of the birth of the Prince of Peace.

Bring your friends, neighbors and family for a time of worship and a short message from our Lead Pastor Joel Pagett; afterwards you can get on with your evening, or stay a while and socialize with hot cocoa, coffee, cider, cookies, awesome music…it’s going to be fantastic!

Reliance Community Church was established in July, 2008 as a place where the de-churched, un-churched, unconvinced and unconnected can discover at their own pace who God is and what He can do for their lives. Services are held in a casual and communal manner in which participants gather at tables to worship and explore the Christian faith with others in a non-judgmental, no-pressure environment.

"Our dream is to be a church where everyone feels welcome and wanted," says Pastor Pagett, "where the barriers to discovering God and His infinite goodness are removed, and people can make real and refreshing changes in their lives."
